Louise Brealey (born March 27, 1979) is an English actress, writer, and journalist best known for playing pathologist Molly Hooper in the BBC series Sherlock alongside Benedict Cumberbatch. Beyond her screen work, Brealey has narrated a range of audiobooks, including, alongside Jack Hawkins, the audiobook edition of Alex Michaelides' The Silent Patient, and has appeared in large multi-narrator productions including full-cast Harry Potter audio editions. Her stage and screen training informs a narration style well suited to character-driven psychological fiction.
